Footprints on the Lake was re-opened in March 2004 under new ownership and management.  James M. Webb, owner and executive chef studied at and received his Bachelor's Degree from Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute in Providence, Rhode Island.  He is excited to share his extraordinary talents with his guests. 

  Located on Otisco Lake, we are situated in the Finger Lakes region of New York State.  Otisco Lake is the most easterly of the Finger lakes and is 5.4 miles long, ¾ miles wide at its broadest point, and has a surface area of approximately 3.46 square miles.  It is the seventh in size of the eleven Finger Lakes.
